Picked from local olive trees and pressed this year, during the week of 12 November 2024, this is fresh, extra-virgin, organic, cold-pressed olive oil. From a single source, of a single variety - Koroneiki.

High in polyphenols and antioxidants, it is recognised as supporting gut health, neuro functioning and auto-immune conditions. It comes in 750ml stoneware bottles with the option to add top-ups.
